Lattimer Gallery is proud to now be carrying gift items created by Spirit Works, a local company that is 100% Aboriginal owned and operated. Located on Squamish First Nation land, Spirit Works creates red cedar and abalone bentwood boxes, as well as cedar jewellery and decorative paddles, that are made from salvaged mill materials. In addition, the company has reserved a quarter of their workshop space for use by local First Nations artists.Owned and operated by Shain Jackson, Spirit Works was created to offer the market gift items and jewellery that are made locally and sustainably, rather than abroad.
